Cop Tazes Teen (4 times longer than trained), Drops Teen on head, cardiac arest/coma

tazes teen for 20 seconds (4 times longer than trained to do so), cops admits to intentionally dropping teen on his head, teen went into coma and suffered a cardiac arrest, teen was pulled over due to false outstanding traffic warrent (no reason)

Makes me sick to my stomach. I like to give officers the benefit of the doubt, but there's just no way to justify this guy's actions.

The kid is walking again and has most of his life back but his motor skills and his thinking have taken a huge hit where he can't remember anything and can't play sports properly. His quality of life has severely been impacted. lol @ people who defend these pieces of **** cops.

Depends on the prison they're sent to, but they're typically put in a section of the prison with child molesters, I believe. General population = they're a target.
