I can't send PMs. Anyone else?

I get this error message:

Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://forum.obnoxiousbrutes.com/private.php?" on this server.

However, if I PM someone with just a sentence, it works. When typing a longer post, I get the error. I have tried shortening it a bit - it might be certain words in a post that causes the error?

Removing brackets always seem to help my posts work. Even long ones.
