Why is my ISP blocking the forum?

I have to switch to mobile data and misc on my phone. If I connect via wifi it blocks the forum and just gives me a “cannot connect to sever” error. Is this a website setting or something I need to fix on my end?

Unsure but interestingly the issue and fix both coincided with gwg77’s thread about Bitdefender blocking the forum. I don’t use Bitdefender but seems my provider has some sort of built-in security on the network level that also blocked us. All good now!
