Reset reps for old accounts

the reps needs to reset for old accounts. new users get 0 reps while some high rep loser is running around with 1M+ reps from bb.com misc due to rep trading

right now if you have a new account you get negged by high rep losers and immediately go red... wtf?

you will lose users if this is not fixed

the reputation system is meant to praise good content and reps should be EARNED not inherited from an old account (from a different site as well!)

look at the post history of the people asking for a rep reset. Our OG accounts and reps are the last remnants we have of the OG misc. again majority of the people asking for a rep reset. were never a part of the old misc.
