Tagging doesn't work for me

it doesnt work.

I tested to both tagging and getting tagged as your user in my test environment. It worked. Can you please provide me with more details about what is not working for you?

I think I was confused bc i couldnt click on their name. the person i tagged seemed to have got the notification and replied. operator error on my end
