I don't know who this phaggot is, but he is necro-ing a bunch of threads

Don't get me wrong, a necro here and there can be funny and is mostly harmless but he's been doing it in groups every so often. Today he's doing it in droves. Look at any thread in the first 10 pages of misc that was started January-February of this year or earlier and look at who bumped it back to the front page.

He's not contributing anything useful to most of those theads, and necro-ing in droves like that constitutes spam and is not helpful for the forum.

@allfather please deal with this guy, if you haven't warned him yet do so and then hit him with the banhammer if he doesn't heed. Or ban him straight away if he's already been warned.

edit: dude clearly knows what he's doing, just ban him straight away for a week or something. If he comes back and does it again then perm ban him.
