if they can then they are not really ignored and may harass u in the rep/neg comments

Thank you for the feedback. I understand your point, but I am not sure this is the way to go. Harassment is not allowed on this site, and we should address it directly. Please continue report such cases to me, as you already have, and I will have a look.
