-30 min stairmaster and abs done

My normal routine is all messed up thanks to work tomorrow so I'm not going going back to do my cardio, so I'll consider it a bonus. I would like to do it if I can but bing realistic not sure I'll have time to hit the gym twice.

Day 9 (6/1)
-Legs done - I did have to go lighter on leg curls than normal which isn't ideal. For whatever reason leg curls started bothering me last leg day
-30 minutes stairmaster and abs done - Ended up doing this right after my lift. I knew I wasn't going to go back with my routine thrown off so I just said fuck it and had one long ass workout. Wasn't fun after leg day but got it done
-Ate 2080 calories

-Shoulder day
-cardio and abs in the afternoon
-Eat 2080 calories
Back to my normal routine tomorrow and looking forward to it after today
