Is wilder the most overrated boxer of all time ?

He only fought one class a fighter in furry and got owned in all three. His actual boxing g skills sucks and is just a power puncher.

Let me explain before you go full retard. Tyson is overrated becausecountlesspeople say that he's one of the GOAT boxers of all time. Hell, countless people say he's the GOAT heavyweight, which is a ****ing joke. Tyson played at a time when HW boxing was horrible, he beat up on tons of nobodies, and lost to the true, great, HWs of that era. Also, can't forget the biggest upset in boxing history, where Buster embarrassed him. Fun to watch, amazing KOs, etc? Absolutely. One of the GOAT boxers? Gtfoh.

not really IMO, not even close. He's not the most technical boxer but does have some legit skills as well as huge power. He did draw Tyson Fury the first time although I felt Fury won that first fight. Doesn't have the best record but there's certainly alot worse boxers. I don't really see his name mentioned among the legends, he's right where he should be.

if anything AJ is more overrated, I think Wilder would knock his ass out.

Fury is just a different animal. Such a rare combination of size, speed and skill. no shame in losing to him.

Tyson is a difficult guy to rank because he’s such a lunatic. If you took Tyson straight out of 1988 with Kevin roonie as his trainer I think he could probably give some of the greats a fight. If you look at his career as a whole he’s probably not even top 10. Losing to Douglas because he didn’t train is his own fault. That was always his biggest excuse.

Yeah, if he had kept his head on straight and just concentrated on boxing. Unfortunately, Tyson post Buster Douglas was pretty underwhelming overall. His big matches were retiring an aging Frank Bruno, losing twice to Holyfield, and losing to Lennox Lewis.
