NL has been the better league for about 4-5 years now. Even if this is a meaningless exhibition game good to see they finally break the AL's AS game streak.

The AL has always been mediocre to hot garbage outside of the Yankees. Now that the Yankees are a dinosaur franchise, nothing is stopping the NL.

Imagine that, they finally decide to level the playing field regarding the DH and the NL actually wins an All-Star game.

There is zero surprise that the league with no pitchers batting became an offensive powerhouse over 30 years. The NL hasn't stood a chance since the height of the steroid era.

Austin Riley is 3/4 and has 2 HRs and 7 RBIs and it's the 6th inning lol

Absolute slugfest in Atlanta right now

Nah this is the perfect time for them to slump a little bit. Play some .500 baseball until September then turn it back on by October.

Yankee tears are the best tears.

Garbage without Judge.

Did the Angels sweep of the Yankees just make Arte Moreno think he shouldn't trade Ohtani?

Went to the Nat's /Giants game last night and we got destroyed(10-1) with our best, most highly paid pitcher.
Going to a game live is still fun, hotties all over.

Poor Miami.... they coasted on such an easy schedule in the first half to give them that rare hopeful Marlin season that pops up every once in awhile. Now with the AS break over the reality of that schedule flipping over is becoming very real.

The downfall is going to be brutal for this team. Couldn't even take advantage of a breather against the Rockies like they desperately needed. Now after TB and one more breather with Detroit to end July they'll be staring down Philly, Texas, Cincy, NYY, Astros, and LAD to open up August.

Tours over lmao

Angels making a big move to get Giolito. Still doubt they make the playoffs though

In the opening game of the Angels' doubleheader against the Tigers, Ohtani threw the first complete game of his MLB career, recording a shutout in the process to help Los Angeles win, 6-0.

Ohtani made history in Game 2 of the doubleheader. The two-way superstar hit two home runs in the first four innings of the game, making him the first player in MLB history to pitch a complete game in one game of a doubleheader and hit a home run in the other.

The AL MVP favorite leads the bigs in home runs, slugging percentage and OPS, while also holding opposing hitters to an MLB-low .185 batting average over 120.2 innings.

O's looking great right now. They're young as phuk, homegrown, seem to love playing together, and still only have below average starting pitching.

What an amazing rebuild job by Elias.

100%, and much faster than most of us expected here in DC!
This area is split 50/50 with O's and Nat's fans so it is fun to watch the new and improved Orioles play while the Nats rebuild.

Braves going balls deep on the Angels new pitching acquisition. And just like that we've probably set the Angels on a path of self-destruction while Giolito struggles the rest of the way. That's just how baseball works lol

Mets paying a hefty price eating those contracts to revamp their farm system but they didn't do a bad job of flipping for prospects. It's probably smart by them. Atlanta is gonna be peaking through 2025 season. Better to do this now and play the long game when you weren't going to win short term anyway.
