So now that Rodgers’ career is facing its impending end, where does he rank? The idea of the Jets competing for the Super Bowl was hilarious to begin with, but the safest week 1 reaction is to know this team will not do that.

Rodgers is not who he was, and who he was for all the silly GOAT talk (remember the goat vs goat game against Brady when he got stomped?) he only won one in the 2010 biggest down year of the NFL in well over a decade. He’s become a footnote for all the sports media wanking it over Mahomes once they realized he wasn’t an actual threat.

Maybe one of Rodgers’ wilderness isolation retreats can help them win enough games to sneak in the playoffs, but otherwise, nothing is happening.

Is he top 5? Top 10?

I'm not even sure if you can reply to other posters directly. The front page hasn't updated in weeks. I checked out the misc and everyone seems to think it's the end. R&P is the same way.

Anyway...I'd say he is top 10 based on longevity, stats, and his MVPs (Super Bowl MVP included). Top 5 is tough and you could throw a bunch of different guys in the 3,4,5 spots. I wouldn't necessarily disagree if anyone had him top 5 but I would have a hard time putting him there personally.
