Jordan Career PER 27.9(includes Washington years) Lebron PER 27.5
Jordan had 4 PER 31+ seasons. Lebron had 3
Jordan had .2553 wins share in playoffs vs Lebron at .2454
Jordan had 33.45 PPG in the playoffs vs Lebron at 28.81
Jordan had 5x MVPs vs Lebron with 4x MVPs
Jordan won dunk contests vs Lebron refusing to compete
Jordan also had much bigger positive impact on the game in terms of popularity. Lebron has been the best of his era, but I don't think he's had the same level of impact on the game.

Overall per the numbers Jordan edges out Lebron and it's very unlikely Lebron could change that.

Notice I didn't even mention rings in this discussion.
