So what happened to NFL flex scheduling?

Washington on last week, Minnesota on this week?

There are some absolute heaters on at 1pm this week

Rams @ Ravens
Dolphins @ Titans
Raiders @ Colts (Isn't this basically a playoff game??????)
Chiefs @ Bengals!!!!!

I mean Packers-Vikings is going to be a more watched game than any of those listed. Divisional game between two fairly well known teams including one very popular team.

youll realize flex scheduling means flexing popular playoff bound team(s) not just playoff teams. Which is why Dallas played primetime last week.

True. But you'd think (hope) KC vs CIN would be moved. Potential first round bye implications, Pat Mahomes, and a blossoming QB in Burrow is compelling

The nfl cannot flex whatever they want. The networks have a say in what games they can keep. It wouldn't be fair if all the best games on cbs for example just got taken away and they miss all the ratings

NFL scheduling sucks ass. The Bills are one of the best teams in the league, but they always schedule some BS team instead of showing them for most of the country.

You said heaters and listed Ravens/Rams.

Nothing about that game will be a heater which is why it was flexed to 1:00 EST. The flex scheduling is working as intended.

I know how it works. FOX and CBS can protect a game and there's a limit to how many times a team can be on prime time. That's why I didn't list Cowboys Cardinals. The best game to put on is Chiefs @ Bengals. If CBS protected it or the Chiefs hit their limit, put Colts vs Raiders on. That's a legitimate playoff game.

NFL/NBC's dumb decision just blew up in their face because Cousins is now out and the game will be a blowout. No excuse for putting a 7-8/out of the playoffs team on Sunday night in January. I'm their key demo, going to an NFL game at 1pm that day and I'll be watching Yellowstone. Just admit I'm right and they F'ed up.

Colts raiders or Aaron Rodgers? They put stars in the spot light. And obviously they can't predict covid so not like you can blame them for not seeing the future

The nfl avoids the bills because they won't build a new stadium like they want.

Although they have had 4 primetime games this year that's actually a lot

The Midwest has always yielded the highest TV ratings so those teams tend to get the most primetime spots as long as they aren't complete trash. Even the complete trash Midwest teams get slots early in the season if they are playing a team projected to be good.

LOL at "they put stars in the spotlight" but tonight we get to see Sean Mannion or whatever the hell is name is instead of Burrow and Chase going crazy. Cousins not playing is stupidity tax for putting a 7-8 team in this game tonight.

NFL is clueless when it comes to Sunday Night schedule.

1. The nfl can't just move any game they want. Chiefs Bengals was probably protected byCBS.

2. Aaron Rodgers is about to be back to back mvp of the nfl. Obviouslya bigger star than a rookie wr and Burrow who haven't won chit

3. They didn't know cousins would get covidwhenthey made the schedule.

You're an idiot m8.

It was nice to be able to turn off football after halftime on SNF. No fantasy to worry about and my team already has the division locked up.

You spelled snoozefest wrong. Just because a game is close does not make it a heater.
