How can an incel let go of his ex?

- 5'6, pale, balding, ugly.
- I looksmax of course, go to the gym 4-5 x a week do cardio on off days
- Take supplements Collagen, SPF 50 etc

But all this is compensating, from an early age i realised that most women found me ugly

and to top it all off i had severe social anxiety for a long time. I'm better socially but as you can see

itt's been years and i still think of my ex who i dated for 6-7 months i don't want to forget her and i don't think ill ever get the same chance again what can i do?

There's no magic pill. You got it rough, life f*cked you from the beginning. Now you can wallow in self pity or get a grasp of what steps you should take to make your chances bigger and move to that point. Like become successful in your proffession, get more money etc.

And just think about this. You somehow managed to get a girl to date for 7 month, so probably you can find another.

6 years ago i was fat kissless virgin with norwood 4. 3 years ago i was just kissless virgin with norwood 4. Then i started dating and failed a lot. Brushed it off and tryed again and again. And i'm getting better with every iteration. Now i have good looking girls telling how they were overwhelmed with my confidence.

Nah during that time i was unemployed and just absolutely cut to like 8% body fat was ****ing skeletor action + beta carotene glow just looked insane but mentally cooked only way fr me to get a girl to love me lmao.
