Just came from a run and an old couple passed out group. Both had gray and a head full of hair. Pretty sure they were former semi pro runners. Perfect form and good pace. I'm truly inspired by them. #MarriageGoals
To anyone reading this, there is NO excuse to not be fat/obese young or old, if granny and grandpa can run 7 minute miles then you can get your azz to the gym 2-3 times a week for 45 minutes.


Now back to SS's autism....

That's pretty awesome grandpa and granny still going! I can't run doe, it kills my knees. I do lift 3-4x a week and walk or do elliptical if I have to do indoor cardio.
