From what sword said, she warned him about pre planned holiday, that allergies can affect her health and work can keep her extremely busy; she specifically said that she needs sleep cos of high pressured job...god she’s a surgeon anybody could understand that need for focus ...he couldn’t see her cos she had numerous surgeries next day

I think he’s just second guessing himself

Why does he still feel in the dark then? You could be right, it may just be a misinterpretation on his part since she's very stressed and busy. The unfollowing thing is weird though, maybe they aren't official/exclusive yet?

Women in 30-40s can still get a lot of action nowadays thanks to social media (FB/Instagram/Snapchat/Bumble/POF/Tinder). I think you were just a booty call. She is a career woman. Meaning she is very busy and wanted to have some fun. I don't think she wanted a serious /long term relationship with you. Take it as a win. You slept with her. Move on to a younger/more attractive woman.

She def brings her work home. I dated a nurse briefly and she talked about charting a lot being busy. Sorta introverted too and didn't get out.

Yep, that’s the biggest red flag IMO. I mean you have myself and another female poster stating the obvious and the OP is still debating on what he really wants out of this & of life in general.
