If your wife is witholding sex from you but fukking another guy/guys, I seriously feel bad for you, but you've really put yourself in a corner here.
Once a marriage becomes sexless and both parties become miserable, I'm guessing some level of emotional abuse also becomes present.

Every situation is unique but I can say with 100% certainty divorce was the right option for me, my ex, and our kid as we both grew as people and parents without the constraints of our miserable relationship.

That ebing said I think a lot of these relationships that seem horrible can be salvageable with communication/counseling/re-setting some priorities, but it takes both parties being willing to do so.

All that to say I didn't have the usual escaping and self improving paths available to me (go to the gym, get fit, eat right, etc etc), ofc at the moment I'm in the best shape of my life, and been taking care of myself more than ever, which is more than normal after getting destroyed.

To be honest, there is no easy path or solution, you gonna have to find and choose productive stuff to do which contributes for you to have a better life, and level up. Discipline will be everything, you gonna have to do everything regardless of how you feel, and eventually, enough time passes you will get better and better. Ofc gym, working out, being in top shape is one of the main pillars, strong body = strong mind.

I dunno how old you are, or in what stage in life you are, but regardless, learning to make money, invest, read, meditate, brother you know all these things, just do it. And ofc you will fail, and ofc you sometimes will do sht you aren't suppose to do, and ofc, you won't do what you are supposed to do everyday, but the important thing is to keep going. One good rule of thumb is, before doing anything, ask yourself, "would this make God proud?". I dunno what you believe in, but you get the idea.

And yeah, this time of the year is hard, and it's messing me up a bit, I found myself thinking about her more than usual, I mean, keep in mind also, I'm alone in a foreign country, all my life in here was spent with her, for the first time in my life, and especially in 9 years, I'm truly alone. Yeah I have some friends, but it's not the same thing.

But you know whats the conclusion I always come to? This sht is making me harder than every before, suffering molds you, the ability to overcome this type of suffering eventually makes you a complete beast, you get better, stronger, in every possible way. So... fking welcome it, embrace it, eat it all up. Not a lot of ppl have the mindset to be like this, most just crumble like pussies and be sorry for themselves. Fk all that, I aint letting anyone, let alone some girl that became a total kunt after 9 years to bring me down, I went through too much to let that happen, and I thank God, for all the suffering and stuff that happened to me before this, cause thats what gave me the strength to overcome this now, and that's how it goes.

Anyway, like I said, 7 months is nothing, you will seel, in a few months, that its just another stepping stone and lesson in your life, something better will come, stay hard, stay discipline, and don't let anyone bring you down. Don't think about the what if's, don't be afraid of the future, live the present, and keep striving to be your best version everyday. You got this, just don't every give up.

We all gonna make it.
You Guys are right about getting over her quickly..... Ive had a really good couple of weeks actually, since the 28th when we went away for new years. Needed that bro time and when i returned i have had some really good dates this past week with a couple of girls(Needed that sex). Confidence back up and im really excited again. Just going to be more eagle eyed on red flags.

Btw Its easier then ever to get laid/dates jesus christ. My hinge has been of the hook with really good looking girls. Date after date and easy to bring back aswell. Easy to rebuild. I think Xmas made everything worse. Really dislike December.
