Current Situation
Talking to one girl. Things have been going well ish, but she recently tried to claim I was ignoring her. I told her straight up I wasnt able to respond at the time. She read that message and hasn't responded. Sent her a funny meme pic hours later and she still hasn't responded. So the ball is now in her court. If she falls off the map then I legit have zero options. In my home town and in my current city.

Currently about to invest in Advanced Micro Devices. They're about to drop a new video card and this could put the heat on Nvdia. AMD stock is going for around 11.30 a share while Nvidia is like 144.35. If AMDs new Vega series of cards is legit at a lower price than Nvidias? Their stock value should go up. Also I'm looking at crypto currency. I missed out on the bitcoin bandwagon. 1 bitcoin is worth 2200 bucks right now. They were less than a dollar years ago. So I missed out on literally hundreds of thousands if not millions of dollars. Definitely gonna keep an eye on this stuff.

Also I was at like 245lbs a few aback. Sitting at a smooth 230ish right now. Trying to get my gains back and join the National Guard. Did 5 years active duty and as crazy as I sounds I miss some of the nonsense. Cheaper health care, potential to deploy and randomly go on orders. Why not.

Im not actively trying to date. Only because I have more important things in my life. I don't get the whole MGTOW mentality. This thread is fine, because its clear you are focusing on yourself. I just feel the majority of this "movement' are men who are bad with women, "trying" to justify that and "take" their lives back. I feel like there is a stigma with the MGTOW mentality and its real for a reason. There isn't anything wrong with focusing on self improvement and putting women on the back burner. But most of the MGTOW movement is a way to trash women and make yourself feel better about yourself. Not looking at you here OP, just in general.

I think otaku is in a unique situation where not "finding" himself is NOT the reason why is not successful. I agree, lack of success with women can stem from a negative mentality that results in lack of confidence that is shown towards women. but that implies that if the confidence was there, there would be success with women. I don't think is the case with otaku at all, or myself for that matter. Womens' reactions to us are independent of our mental state/success/independence/etc. This is complicated by the fact that both otaku and I see men get women who have the qualities that embody what everyone is telling on here is the reason why we never get women. "its your confidence" brb see an unconfident guy with his head hanging down with a cute girl. "Its your game". brb see a guy who can't approach a girl get approached and the girl thinks its "cute". and so on and so on. its INCREDIBLY frustrating and the reason why we fight back so much with this "game" bullchit.

I think MTGOW should be about focusing on your life inpedenent of women, but you can't deny that part of the motivation stems from lack of success and bitterness of the situation. that will always exist in some form. the point is, you are still building yourself and choosing to improve for yourself, even if it orignally was from getting just sick of the whole dating game.

Pretty much. The only option at this point is to figure out how to best go about your life knowing pulling women isn't your strong suit.

Saturday - gym in morning, then meeting a PT buddy at new burger joint on the beach. In evening heading out with an Army buddy whilst he is in from interstate.

Sunday - Might see a FWB otherwise it will be following Sat. I get bored with some of them. It's a 45 min drive for her, all good either way. If weather is golden like last weekend will head to beach&swim, otherwise will study up on few work things on patio.

I've been seeing a prostitute for 2 years. Spent over $15,000 on her. Being a "MGTOW" is a way that I've successfully picked up women. Women pick up on this behavior, and are attracted to it. However, it's important that even when you do get a potential girl, that you remember that this is one of the reasons that she was interested in you and continue live this type of "I'm going to live my life, and you can come along or not" type of lifestyle.
