Unfortunately, fellow men, right now we are suffering due to the actions of our ancestors. We should be able to admit that in the past, in many situations women were oppressed and mistreated. It seems as though the men of days past knew that this day would inevitably come. They restricted women from driving, voting, wearing tight fit clothing, having careers outside the house, and more.

Now, women are on top. They pick what man they want. They have all the followers on Instagram. They make money and become independent just by being pretty. They graduate college at a higher rate than men. An attractive woman is worth more than any man and now they are able to cash in on that sweepstake without limitation because any man, no matter what, is reduced to nothing if he doesn't have an attractive woman to reproduce and have sex with. By them realizing this power, and them withholding sex and being picky, men are in a critical situation.

Fast forward to 2018. Porn is rampant. Do a google search and find your wildest fantasy. So now, not only are women picky, you don't even have the sex drive to approach them because you masturbate and ejaculate to porn all the time. Essentially, dating interactions are becoming very weird. Women are the new men. They have the sexual power, they are self-sufficient, etc. Men of days past thought they could get by on their Y chromosomes forever, and stopped placing importance on the things that made us strong, such as discipline, training, hunting, and leadership. Nowadays women are the ones exhibiting these behaviors (although in a different manner, such as discipline in maximizing their attractiveness) while we have become gluttons and thereby shot ourselves in the foot because as human beings, our success is measured by maximizing our potential. Men nowadays are falling short of their potential and women aren't.

How can we solve this:
Stop indulging in instant gratification activities, work on discipline, great diet, exercise, acquiring knowledge, always telling the truth, and improving social skills. Essentially, work together as men to build each other up instead of compete with each other and destroy each other.

I think the main root of all this is that society is becoming so atomized that a lot of social bonds people used to have are just fukking breaking down, and I legit think the Internet - not as much social media, but the internet and smart phones in general - is responsible for this. You don't have to go outside, you don't have to talk to people, you don't have to do any activities, cause this all-in-one LCD screen on a box takes care of all that for you. Porn for FA dudes, Instagram likes for hot girls, Twitch streams for lazy 20-somethings, evening Netflix for working stiffs, Youtube music videos for bored middle aged dads, etc etc - you can get a surprising amount of needs met without ever seeing another human being, and that enables alotof vices. A generation or two ago, you had **** like block parties, church groups, bowling clubs, etc, where you could go out and engage with other real people if you were bored. People don't even bother any more cause the Internet is frankly way more fun in the short term.

Japan is seen, not unfairly, as the canary in the coal mine. They literally have a generation of 20-some dudes fapping into body pillows while millions of 25-40 chicks go unmarried, and why the hell not? So if these guys fall off the track early, they're just like "why the **** should I even bother?" Why bother with a job if it's just going to be some low-wage dead end crap? Why bother trying to make IRL friends when you can already talk about video games all day on 4chan? And why the hell would you want a woman when jacking it to hentai is a billion times easier?

It's not entirely 100% applicable to the West, as their are some Japanese cultural norms re: families that really enable NEETing it up, but I think the roots of the problem are the same throughout the first world. The real world just keeps getting ****tier as the Internet and technology keeps providing more and more, so more people of either gender are making the logical choice and basically checking the **** out of IRL. What I'm witnessing is that women are becoming unobtainable to the average man. I have average looking guys friends and very good looking guy friends. The difference in their sex lives is frightening. Between work and the social circle, I know so many decent guys who a decade or two ago would have had no problem landing a solid 6 or 7, but in 2018 they just aren't quite good enough to compete with the best of her options on Tinder, Bumble, Insta, Snap and ******** thus end up lonely most nights aside from the occasional 'getting lucky' a few x per year.

Hell I remember it wasn't long ago when single mom's wouldn't even be considered by 80% of the dating age men. Now they're on Bumble with standards as high as everyone else. Sometimes with 3 or 4 kids.
