ok so I'm ready to live a normie life. How do I make friends/intergrate into society?

I just go to work and go home. I'm doing okay getting dates but they always ask about my hobbies/friends. All I've been doing for the past decade is **** posting online and whoremaxxing.

I've been getting into the gym but it's really crowded and not sure how to make friends there. No one really talks to me.

What should I do?? Want to quit the online world.

Friends easy to make if you work with people your age working or from school.

Other stuff like “jUSt jOIn coeD SpoRTs tEam” doesn’t work

Start by joining groups where you can share common interests, such as reading, art, and more. From there, you'll begin interacting and meeting new people along the way.
