Bruh if I was in a condo I’d be kicked out the first time I got yucky and cranked my tunes srs. I piss off people 3 houses away as it is lol , but I usually snow blow the entire block to stay on the good side of my neighbors so they don’t phone the cops with a noise complaint

What's the noise levels and HOA fee like? Those are the only 2 things deterring me from a condo.

heheheheh i think i've pissed off every neighbor i got. except the new one. just got my first snow blower and was doing his sidewalk all the way to the corner store for his wife and kids who like to walk there. hopefully he will remember that when i get a load of logs dropped off and spend hours daily chainsawing them. :)
