Duplicate reputation records from v1.5.0 bug have now been removed

A threading bug in v1.5.0 allowed a single reputation event, whether positive or negative, to be recorded multiple times. This issue was resolved in v1.5.1.

The incorrectly accumulated reputation points have been reverted as of a few minutes ago. Duplicate reputation records have also been removed; however, due to caching, the changes may not be fully reflected in your UserCP until the next OB restart (i.e., in v1.5.2).
