While many high performers use L-tyrosine to manage stress and improve their memory, new data suggests that they may be harming their long-term health by doing so.A new study found that men with higher levels of tyrosine, which is commonly used to enhance cognitive function, had a shorter lifespan, raising questions about the efficacy of popular dietary supplements, including ashwagandha and lion’s mane mushroom."

I've taken it before and it really did absolutely nothing. Not sure why someone would take it now.

Testosterone has some pretty impressive effects within one to two months.

I question the "new science", where Der Juden put out propaganda to stop us g0yim form using beneficial supplements, and use false medical studies, fraudulent studies etc, just to prevent us from reaching our peak performance....

Actually, I'm not sure what type is it but the testosterone Oliverheldens gets works instantly. He is the only guy in the world with that type of test though.

0.9 years less for men and negligible for women, so almost no decrease.


Since it boosts dopamine and adrenaline, the miniscule amount of shorter lifespan is probably because men with more tyrosine take more risks and engage in more dangerous behavior

Another possible reason for the barely measurable decrease in lifespan could be that the people who had higher levels of tyrosine simply ate more, since much of it is obtained from food, and eating less is known to increase lifespan

People saying supplements are all bunk try taking "NaturesPlus source of life gold liquid multivitamin" for a few weeks and come back to me.

Shit cures a hangover in the morning in 20minutes too. Muira puama, catuaba, schisandra etc are all unheard of but they're the secret of secrets for natural test boosting and works like a natural viagra without the side effects combined with L-citrulline to dilate the blood vessels even further you've covered everything (nitric oxide, superoxide dismutase, glutathione just to name the main 3 antioxidants it will increase dramatically)

I did not experience any of those side effects.


Testicles atrophy and some people say that some type of negative side effect, but it is literally just the body doing what it needs to do to sustain homeostasis. They grow back when you need them again. Just be sure you do research on the testosterone, post cycle therapy, and an estrogen blocker. Again, I cannot stress this enough. Talk to a doctor. Even if you think that is going to be an uncomfortable conversation.
