Have $30k rolled over from old 401k. How to invest? SRS

Not sure. Was thinking $20k s&p500 and $10k in vti

Should I take $5k for individual stock like Nvidia or Sandisk?

Down payment on first home, FHA 3.5%
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

75% VOO or VTI, 25% VXUS. It’s cyclical where sometimes international stocks outperform U.S like last year which is the reason for VXUS

If you aren't in it ,youre losing

25% this year ,for me ,14% all term ,but I've been in over a long time,2008 crash etc
