Meal prepping my new invention for work today

Baked chicken tenderloins
Jasmine Rice
Two fried eggs
Pace picante sauce
Jalapeno cream cheese
Tablespoon of mayo

Thinking about adding some beans to it

Chicken is so lean that adding some useless fat like mayo is probably ok.

But that's assuming that you don't have days where you social eat and eat garbage.

I know I social eat and eat garbage so I make sure that my normal days are as clean as possible.

100% agreed that this is the danger because I eat so much chicken breast. I learned to use less condiments in general and avoid the high sugar / fat condiments and sauces. EVOO is my main condiment but it doesn't go with everything...

Shredded chicken breast cooked in an instant pot with a can of chipotles in adobo sauce. 3kg of chicken cooks down to roughly 4 days worth of two meals (250g with 100g cooked jasmine rice per meal cutting, 200g rice bulking). Just gotta remove the chicken to shred and cook the sauce to thicken then dump the chicken back in and stir it some.
