If your right leg is Thanksgiving and your left leg is Christmas, can I come and visit you between the holidays?

I'm north of Houston and it hs been raining a lot here. I wanna go back to Palm Springs. It's like 100* there right now, but it's a dry heat! :D

It's an El Nino event right now, this produces more rainfall in the south US. This is good for the southeast though because it usually means significantly milder hurricane season for the Atlantic. El Nino typically yields a stronger than average hurricane season for the Pacific though.

I had a very attractive offer for a job based out of Mojave/Tehachapi. It wasn't the right due to a combination of factors (mainly location and/or commute time), I rejected it and explained why. They countered and said I could be based out of San Bernardino office but the economics of it all werent making sense. I am a lover of the sun but I couldnt get over living in Cali after escaping NJ. I sometimes wonder what life would be like if I decided to take that route.

The landscape of Cali is amazing and Palm Springs is like a community, but there are aggressive and disrespectful homeless, and mean messicans who hate whitey for whatever reasons, and ghey people always hitting on you, and everything is way overpriced.
