Rate my Friday cocktail /10

Mango Martini , I have mango tree in my backyard and it’s in season.

1.5 oz blanco tequila
2 oz clarified mango cordial - it’s a whole process but amazing
Dash of grapefruit bitters

Not a martini. Somewhere between a gimlet and a margarita tbh, certainly unique.

A martini is a base spirit (usually gin or vodka) with vermouth, not a cordial. It's named after a brand of vermouth.
