What's your pillow situation like?

Use two? Standard, soft, or firm? Sleep with a pillow between your legs?
-germ theory is 100% fake
-raw meat , raw eggs , raw butter, raw milk everyday crew

My favorite pillow is 10 years old , bought a new one a few years ago but it's not as good


I have a special small pillow I put between my knees now i can never sleep.without it. If I'm at a hotel I use an extra pillow for that instead
