Do people think you’re gay if you’re 30+ and never had a girlfriend?

I don’t know anyone so don’t have to worry about what others think but if you are an NPC with a job would your coworkers think you’re gay?

I am 43 and never had a gf. Honestly, its not much of an issue. Immediate family never mention my situation or heckle me about it, and very rarely has anyone ever probed into whether or not I have ever had a gf.

My grandpa used to ask if I was gay because I didn't have a girlfriend at 15 (ded fkin srs). He told me when he was my age he had 3 at a time. I didn't lose my virginity until 17 because I was shy and awkward around girls. Felt good proving him wrong.

I would say in your 30s it's extraordinarily odd to have never had a girlfriend. Not necessarily gay.

No but I'm pretty sure they think we are all losers which honestly feels even worse. At least if you're a homo people see you didn't totally fail to pair up with another human being.


Here's a general summary
18-22: Stay single and have fun
23-29: Kind of wondering if you're gay
30+ He's a loser


And this applies even if you had a girlfriend but it's been awhile since you had one.

At your age looking back, I can honestly say that dating for me was nowhere near a net gain. The good times and the good feelings don't compare to the money lost, sanity lost, and a bunch of other negative things which occurred as a result of dating. Obviously some guys hit the jack pot and have a great wife and such.
