Attempting a 470 LB Smith Machine Bench Press for 1 rep with a bounce this week. If I get it, game over for Layne.

Ok so the situation is i'm going for a 470 LB Smith Machine Bench Press for 1 rep with a bounce this week.

If I get it then it will break my previous PR of 465 for 1 rep with a bounce from 2024 at 6'0 and 213 LBS.

Two different situations going on. One is that i'm way heavier than 2024's body weight of 213.
But the catch 22 is that it's too early in the year and I don't see the full effect from sun tanning of 30 LBS extra from sun tanning alone till late Sept through sometimes December depending on the weather.

So that's the full math and equation on the situation.

It's going to be close... So if I can get it just within like 5 LBS of that then overall I should break it definitely by Sept once I see the 30 LB addition from sun tanning.
Meaning I get a full 30 LBS stronger in the months of Sept till Dec just from sun tanning alone. I change nothing within my program other than the fact that the accumulation of sun tanning all summer leads to a 30 LB addition to bench press.. But not till late Sept usually...

So kind of confusing.

Appreciate the motivation everyone.... Posting on here or LetsRun.co always helped me to break previous PRs..

Also forgot to add some important info...

No bench shirt mimicker like the IPF allows now....

Doing this in a Fruit of the Loom tank top....

But I could go to Walmart and buy a tight shirt and just use my track singlet...... Not going to do that yet... I don't want to do 570 for 1 on this.. Because that's what they're getting out of their multi-ply scam that they're doing in the IPF now.. The so called professional without steroids league where everyone is clean.... They can't even catch everyone in the IOC.. What makes you all think the IPF is clean?

And that's just a 100 pound add in for the tight under shirt, then the 50 times too small tight overshirt, then on top of that they do a extremely tight spandex full body suit which mimics those bench shirts from 2005 where that one guy benched 1000 in one...

I'm not even doing all of that.. I'm just doing this in a simple tank top...

But i'll do the difference on this and see how the full math and full equation October 31st, 2002 into the early morning of November 1st, 2002 equation, situational difference adds up, and do a comparison of the two to see what they're really getting out of that shirt scam.

What's a matter everyone?

When I get this, this week, ..............

Who you going to call now? Trey Hardee?

Edit:

I'll actually even get a video of the attempt this week... I'm either getting it or tying my PR of 465.. Bottomline...

Game over for Norton.

Additional edit:

Let's say I don't get it.. I'll get it by far in Sep-Dec this year..... Once I get the 30 LB add in sunlight equation factor.

Like I said.. Who you going to call now? Trey Hardee???????????????????????????????

Wait my bad.. .This site has zero other side of the planet users... So everyones in bed right now.....

Definitely not like the MISC in 2011 where Australian, Japan, and Russian users were posting all night due to time zone differences...

Like that one Japanese guy who attempted a 305 LB bench press at 60 years old at like 160 LBS body weight and posted the fail just to say that he was able to do a 1 second fail negative with it or something... Was confused about that one...
