And, you can’t “make up” a lack of sleep.

Your brain doesn’t go back in time and get the rest and repair it needed in that moment by sleeping longer another time.

Sleep on purpose. It is very important for the avatar.

There's lots of substitutes. Just off the top of my head.

Caffeine
Modafinil
Adderall
Cocaine

Brad uses all 4 IIRC and he's a CFA level 3 and successful boxer on top of his day job and side hustle training AI models.

Sleep as much as you can. If the brain is messed up, meditate. If the soul has left something, allow the body to follow.

one thing that i've enjoyed about getting out of working was getting sleep and just waking up naturally instead of with alarm clocks.

LOL

I've never used Adderall.

Cocaine would be awful for doing any sort of productive work.

Modafinil is legit great.

Nope. If I don't get at least 6 hours, I can't function properly. Caffeine won't make a difference, it will just make me jittery and anxious. Less than 4 hours and I feel like death.

No clue how parents of newborns do it.

u are 100% consuming too much caffeine srs

a single cup of coffee has enough caffeine to salvage 1 bad night of sleep srs

i know u won't try this but go 14 days without any caffein and then have 1 cup u will be blown away with how powerful caffeine is srs

I schedule all my meetings for the afternoon.

I rarely have internal meetings and when I do they are usually later in the morning for me because my company is in a different time zone. So a 9am meeting for them is 11am for me.
