Him and I have the exact same balding pattern.
Intact hairline but atrocious crown.
I wonder how many grafts he’s had so far after two transplants. I’m guessing since he went to an American doctor maybe 2500 transplant number 1 and 2500 for number 2.
American doctors are much more conservative. A Turkish doctor would have jammed all 5k grafts at once.

I personally think these reasons are dog shit especially number 2 because no one should be getting a transplant unless they have stabilized their hair loss using meds.
And for number 1 I’m not even sure if that’s backed with any sort of research.
