I always park near the back of the lot, less cars, less chance of someone hitting my car, and I have legs, so I may as well use them. I've seen people spend 15 minutes circling the lot for a closer spot, when the walk from the back of the lot is at most 2 minutes.

I'm not arguing whether or not he was stupid. I'm arguing whether or not lethal force was justified.

She exited her vehicle with a gun and pointed at him. Was he blocking her car and preventing her from leaving? That could be an argument for her feeling threatened. But a verbal altercation? No.
