"God Hates F*gs" was the slogan used by the Westboro Baptist Church as they picketed the funerals of US soldiers saying they deserved it for fighting for a nation that supports homosexuality. I had a friend back in 2007 who died in Iraq. The Westboro baptist church showed up at his funeral. It made me so sad and angry. Still a messed up phrase to use, as annoying as Pride Month was.
