Motion lights keep detecting ghosts

I have a motion light in the back yard

A lot of times it will illuminate and I Iook outside to see if it's one of the cats or anything but there's nothing there. Has to be a ghost creeping my backyard

I had to turn mine off . They’d go off for no reason and when I checked the cameras there wasn’t even any grass moving in the wind etc.
Crazy part is the neighbour hood dogs would bark at the same time , as though they were seeing something.
Definitely makes one wonder srs
