I've recently got tendonitis in my left elbow. I think it's from sleeping on it with my arm bent and tucked under me. The pressure it puts on my elbow as my bicep compresses against my forearm. Tricep extensions have felt like crap and it seems like there's more looseness in my elbow.

Anyway,

Das it OP.

This thread is the closest rolls has got to lifting in over 7 months. Hopefully it provides him the motivation he needs to put down the fork, back away from the table and take that first step of not being obese.

I had to quit doing tricep extensions, and it used to be one of my favourite exercises srs . It aggregates my tendons the worse , followed by bench pressing with a barbell

Yea man, it's the tendon that runs along the inside back of the elbow. Seriously a pain in the rear end when it feels like it wants to snap or something. Maybe tight lifting sleeves would help us both

Bought an expensive sleeve at Medi Chair . I don’t think it’s doing much tbh , and in my case I need a miracle

Oh well, fk it. Can still do flies possibly, maybe some pressing if it feels right. Do you know what causes it? Is it the same as what causes mine?

Mine was 100% caused from benching heavy all the time using a suicide grip with a barbell. Srs , if I had just used dumbbells I believe this never would have happened.

If I could do it all over I’d only bench with a barbell 3 times a year to see where I’m at . I already know that 90-4 reps using dumbbells will give me a 225-1 or 2 reps with a barbell, so why aggravate it any further
