I knew about fin but by the time I had talked myself into using it I was already as good as dead. Then I graduated to steroids and started taking fin and later duta stacked with test and deca mostly and sometimes dbol, mast and tren. I went truly off the deepend in pursuit of freak beast status.

I got girls but only black ones, some very pretty

I don't think so, very poor density and assymetrically diffused NW 3-4

No idea, people don't tell you what they think nor do I give them the satisfaction of revealing explicitly that I care by asking

You can recover theres plenty of nw4 transformations.
Get a hair transplant ASAP and start finasteride while you wait for your appointment.
If youre on hormone replacement therapy you could first go with dutasteride to lock in the hair transplant, then later on switch to fin.
Dutasteride nukes all dht so theres literally no chance it wouldnt work. Hopping on fin afterwards is the risk because it only deletes 60% Dht

Huge head of hair which i shave down to the bone. Haircel's get very mad at me. 60 yrs old and huge hair (if wanted).
