The best feeling is when you wake up mid to late morning and go back to sleep

Because you have no work and nowhere to be.
Like waking up at 10:30-11 and going back to sleep.
Snuggling up the blankets right up to your neck and drifting back to a peaceful bliss.

Meh, I like to wake up with the sun, take my time getting ready for the gym, be in the gym by 9-10.

This is the perfect time as kiddos are in schools and hubby is at work. Cardio bunny to Chad ratio is favorable.

Bad ass workout, then eat some lunch and go back to sleep.
