I always feel worthlessly stupid when I watch people with several degrees and a huge library
And I wonder how is it even possible they read all those books.
I only read a handful of books in my entire life and I don't even have books at home
Example, I was watching this interview and look at that guys personal library behind him

Our ability to give attention to things has been stolen from us. This is inherent in our society and culture. We are desensitized.
You have to deliberately take the time to sit and do it. You won't want to, you will get bored very quick. You have to be comfortable doing that. In order to do that, you have to sit through the discomfort.

We have a contractor who comes in periodically that specializes in peer to peer microwave . Anyways Tony is smart AF , was actually on the Discovery Channel .
Anyways his one daughter finished high school at age 13 and was starting university. I’m like wtf over , is that a record age at the university?
He says hell no , there’s a kid at the university who’s 11 years old and is specializing in surgery for rotator cuffs .
I’m like fk am I ever dumb lol

We are taught how to be obedient slaves. With very limited thinking abilities. That is on purpose.
We can undo this, but it requires significant work.

Some people just like to have a clogged bookshelf in the background to make them look clever and well read. No way of telling if they've ever read ANY of those books.
Cook the man some eggs!
