First thing I did was cut out all the bullshit desserts and just start frying and filling my own cannolis then never thinking about dessert again (we have a good tiramisu recipe for the other staple)

Been doing a honey/ricotta/mascarpone cream, edge around mouth of cannoli dipped in chocolate, cream ends dipped in candied honey pistachios and dried cherries.

Based Italian spumoni flavors.
