How many hours of sleep do you get on average?

And how do you feel health and energy-wise on average?

When I do that plus eat right plus exercise properly I feel great. Sometimes I binge eat a bunch of shit and then I don't want to exercise and my sleep is poor quality and I feel like ass

That's pretty much how it works. No idea how some of you eat the crap you do or function on the low levels of sleep you do
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Lately I've been getting something like 5-6.5 hours pretty consistently.

I think it's mostly because I'm rarely exhausted before going to bed. I work out at the gym daily and am often sore at night, but I don't do a ton of walking or anything like that during the day so my body usually has some energy left.

Typically like 7-9 hours but it is broken up with some early morning meandering.

It’s really whenever my body wants to. Very fortunate to be able to do that.

What that looks like, typically, is about six hours at night, wake up deep night/early morning for a few hours, then get another two to three hour nap before waking up to the day. I am usually in bed by 10 to 11, up around 3 or 4, the again around 8 or 9 after a nap.

I could take a nap during the day, after my workout for example, but my body never really wants to.

While I don’t contribute the effectiveness of the systems of the avatar to my sleep schedule alone, I understand it helps me significantly with things like energy allocation, increased cognitive and emotional performance, physical healing, etc.

I feel good all of the time. Srs.

Usually 3-4, I think it's because I get zero sunlight here. It sucked at first but I'm starting to feel more energetic now than I used to on 7-8.

Usually 6 + a long nap.

Could sleep forever when was younger. Google ai and some science say the need is the same, but you always hear ppl needing less as age and would agree in my case.

On average im probably getting dead on 6hrs. Its not as much as id want to.

I need a 7 hours and ill feel good. 7-8 not big difference but if its under 7 i start feeling worse.
6:30 is enough to perform in the gym and enjoy life. Below 6 and my day is ruined.

I have found that my sweet spot is 7 hours and 20 minutes. If I get that, I am golden throughout the day. If I get fewer than six 6.5 hours, I feel like crap throughout the day.

Also, it sounds like I might need to try and cozy up to Kimm. That's a lot of sleep lol.
