1. His garage spot is fukin open
2. Fine, park outside my house but he purposely parks it where the red line I drew is so I can't fukin fit my car OUTSIDE my OWN fukn house

Get a large bucket, fill with liquid nitrogen and add cans of shaving foam. Remove cans of shaving foam with metal tongs and use plier to unpeel the can apart. Break into neighbours car and place several blocks/open cans of shaving into neighbours glove box and shut it. Leave the area.
