Offered one of my employees a raise, spits it back in my face

It was the 6 month performance review, dudes been alright, nothing special but i wanted to keep him around so I offered him a raise from 51k-53k (3.9%), thinking that was pretty good.

Then this entitled kunt starts yabbering that he deserves at least 55k and hows hes not going to take any BS(wtf? I've been friendly as a boss, not too friendly, but an okay boss), not gonna take anything less than 55k. he's acting like that guy birdman, "put some respek on my name, i aint gon say it no more", arms crossed and everything like hes about to cry.

I was pretty stern with him and I guess he felt triggered because I never talked to him that sternly, so I said that now I'm only offering him 52K (only a 1k increase LOL) and he can leave if hes not happy. Shoulda seen the look on his face it was gold.

Anyway, I said I he has to make a decision before he leaves work but I'm going to fuk with him so he understands that i want his ass gone, he's easily replaceable. So at lunch time now, I was walking towards the microwave to heat up some of my lunch when he I saw him in there about to put his food into the microwave, decided this was a good time to fuk with him, he was just about to open the microwave when I intercepted that chit right in front of him and puts MY food in first...

I made him legit just stand there and wait 2 minutes for his food to be done, he couldn't even make eye contact with me, was looking at the ground the whole time lmao
