Michigan cop shoots teen at traffic stop
Cliffs:
-cop pulls over teen for "flashing his high-beams" at the cop
-teen says he did it because he was blinded by the cop's high-beams, couldn't see
-cop says he had to pull over several people that night for doing the same thing to him
-teen refuses to give cop ID because he did nothing wrong
-cop rages and opens the door, grabs teen out of car, teen records cop on his phone, cop throws phone out of his hand
-cop tazes teen, teen gets pissed and attacks cop, knocks cop down and beats his face in (http://www.nydailynews.com/news/crim...9638?cid=bitly)
-cop shoots teen 7 times, he dies
While, in retrospect, both Deven and Sgt. Frost could have made different choices, ultimately this tragedy would not have occurred if Deven Guilford had not physically attacked Sgt. Frost, said the 19-page report released this summer by local prosecutors.
How can a grown man who went through training not defend himself against a dyel teenager

Never feel sorry for these stupid people. It doesn't matter how "legit" the reason to pull someone over is, if you didn't know that's how police stumble across a lot of illegal activities. Meanwhile, some punkas$ white kid thinks he's bigger than that, and tries to prove to the cop how he doesn't have to listen. When will they learn? Just give him your fuking ID and go home, ****git

Prepare for riots and looting.
Through our educational institutions, the media, and the entertainment industry we see ourselves through critical, Jewish eyes. We are criticized in an effort to get us to act against what nature dictates to be our best interest. As a result, we have become a civilization of cuckolds.

Uh if you can't defend yourself from an unarmed 17 year old assailant without shooting him you shouldn't have become a cop...
Seriously what don't people understand about this, there are risks to becoming a cop that they know about before signing up such as having to deal with incidents like this, if they weren't prepared to deal with these situations without shooting someone they should become fukking janitors.
They want all the perks and power of being a cop but are unwilling or able to deal with the hazards which go hand in hand with the perks...fukking pathetic, both them and the people that find this type of action justifiable.

What is the point of having LAWS if there are other things that are not the law that people "should" do, so now cops have free reign to harass people not for breaking the law but for doing things they think they "shouldn't" be doing. Jesus christ.

However, the kid repeatedly defied multiple lawful orders. As a driver, in all states I know of, you never have a basis for refusing to show identification at a traffic stop. It's an "on-demand" thing to prove that you are entitled to be on the road at all. He was upset about the high-beams thing and couldn't separate the two issues in his head, then he was understandably in fear of his life because of it. He saw himself as being tased for flipping his lights at the officer and thought "this guy's a fuarking nutcase who is probably going to kill me", which, well, wasn't exactly wrong.
I'm not seeing an unlawful assault here, unless the department had some clear policy that set a higher bar for using the taser than that. The kid was defiant and physically resisting, and was warned that he'd be tased more than once.
A dimly-lit street is not the place to argue about the legality of your arrest. Not that something so trivial should matter, but I'd like to know if the officer was lying about his high-beams. If he was, I'd feel strongly that he should face termination by the department. It's one thing to say "I'm an officer of the law, I can't set a bad example to the public by backing down", it's another thing to not realize that you're a cocknugget who already abused his badge, shouldn't have stopped this kid, and needs to find a face-saving way to back out of this situation and instead start waving a taser around.
Nah, fukk that. I’m not doing that.

A cop can only ask you for identification if they reasonably suspect you of a crime, which is a broad term. And in this case, clearly, no crime was committed when the officer asked for identification. So, technically if the kid just took what the officer dished out and lawyered up he would have had a case.
All in all initially, the officer was abusing power and fuked up. However, the kid fuked up by attacking the cop and deserved what he received.
The best way to handle the situation is withstand whatever the cop does and lawyer up afterward... he has legal authority to kill you and you will most likely be unarmed, so you have to roll with the punches... literally.

Ways not to get shot in this situation:
1) give the cop the requested documents
2) accept whatever citation is handed to you
3) appear in court to argue your stance
4) possibly profit
What not to do:
1) act like an entitled/thuglife/dyel cocky fratboi *******
2) ignore the cop's commands (regardless as to if you perceive them to be right OR wrong)
3) physically attack cop

It's different from the situation where you're walking down the street minding your own business. When you're driving, they have the authority to determine whether or not you have a right to be driving.

You know NORMAL motherfukers do then this happens? You either:
A) Realize your highs are on and cut them off
B) Flash your highs at them because they are not on
You don't pull a fuker over, cop was on a trip. "oh how dare he flash highs at me"

This was a good shoot. If you punch a cop, you must accept the fact that they can defend themselves however they see fit. It is really very simple. Don't punch a cop and you won't die. Also, will all these black lives matter cucks protest this? Or is it "different" cuz he's a racist white boy.

Any normal human being would produce their license, say, "Sorry Officer I flashed my high beams at you since I thought you had yours on."
Copper would then say, "You know what, tonight I'm driving a new cruiser and this model has brighter beams. Have a great night. I didn't want you to think I had high beams on intentionally."
End of story.
Dude didn't have his license and turned it into a chitshow.

Cop had no legitimate reason to use his taser in the first place which resulted in the whole fiasco...he should be charged with murder and put in with the convicts based on that alone.

Refuse to show a cop your ID at a traffic stop and he'll charge you with obstruction. Trying to check a cop's privilege never ends well. Only idiots don't get it or those with a deathwish.
