Bitten by a mouse, feel like a zombie and running a fever - wat do?

Long story but it's fukked up.

First they were saying "it's just a mouse bite".

Several hours later (now)...

- Barely able to type this
- Zero appetite
- Headache
- Whole body hurts
- Weakness
- High pulse
- Light sensitive
- Temperature 38,5°C an hour ago, now 39,4 °C
- Tired but can't sleep
- Strong chills

Will see a doctor tomorrow if it doesn't get better.

Friends who are familiar with this chit say they might have to tie my arms and legs down if I start to convulse, although I doubt it'll come to that.

I have antibiotics here but I'm not sure they would work for this. I'm only taking Paracetamol for the pain and fever.

And friends say unless it was a huge mouse there's nothing that can happen the body will take care of everything.

Go to the ER immediately for treatment. Upon release stop by an eye doctor for glasses since you can’t tell the difference between a mouse and a cobra.

its very unlikely or even impossible to be rabies.. for a mouse to be able to transmit rabies it must get bitten and then survive till it becomes able to transmit it which is very unlikely considering its size/being disabled/blood loss after the bite

Not to mention it takes 2+ weeks for symptoms to start showing up, and I’m pretty sure they don’t all kick in at once. It’s a progressive hell that is known to be one of the absolutely worst ways to die.

Coronavirus is gonna look like a mild winter cold compared to rabies lmao GG no re
Survival. When the jungle tears itself down and builds itself into something new. Guys like you and me, we end up dead. Doesn’t really mean anything. Or, if we happen to live through it, well that doesn’t mean anything either.

Your friends are idiots. Whatever reaction you're having to the bite is not going to be cured by an analgesic. You're just masking symptoms that will continue to get progressively worse.

mice can have rabies (since it was brave enough to run up and bite you) Lyme or MRSA and a whole host of other diseases. You have no idea where it had been or what it was eating before it bit you. It could have been eating on the festering remains of a dead animal or rummaging through a landfill.

Even if its something harmless your body is clearly over-reacting to whatever was in the saliva of that mouse. Get you ass to the damn Emergency room before that bite does irreparable damage to you. For phuck's sake, your health care is basically free. I have no idea why you're so hesitant.

thanks for your post

no one said the analgesics would cure me, but they can relieve symptoms while the body fights whatever it is inside

and it didn't really "run up and bite me", it was a complex situation, I'm to blame for this one because I wasn't careful

OP, you are dead.
MAGA --- ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ

Tamorlane: No one really cares except for people like you. Wow he wore a blackface, guess what back in the day many people did that. It was a different time period. Not full of PC little betas like you that cry foul over every little thing.

SillieBazzillie: Under Obama we always strove to be the best at everything. Trump really has ruined everything.
