Its probably nothing to worry about.

about 20 years ago I woke up during the night to piss, and it was pure black, so I immediately went to the hospital, I retained the piss in my bladder (I stopped pissing right away when I seen it was black so I could piss at the hospital to show them) they said it was "old blood" and had no idea what it was from, I had no other symptoms so they jsut sent me home and it never happened again.
