If you're NEET then days can become hard to fill. Say you get up at 8.30am and go to bed around midnight, that's 15.5 hours to "fill".

hit the gym - 1.5 to 2 hours
tanned - 1 hour? (depends on several factors)
read a book - depends on how long book is and whether you read it in one go, lets say 2 hours reading
masturbated - I have had 8 hour jerk sessions before, but usually less than 45 mins
got coffee and donuts - Can't see how that can take longer than 30 mins or so, coffee goes cold quite fast
smoked 2 cigarettes - 15 mins if back to back?

2+1+2+1+0.5+0.25 = under 7 hours, maybe throw in some travelling time for gym and trip to coffee shop might take it to 8. Still a lot of potentially empty hours.

I go for hour-long walks everyday. It helps.
