I was on the Open Powerlifting website to look at some lift numbers and on the landing page there were some lifts around the 150 kg range. I looked at the name it said "Kristy". And I was like wait, what? Kristy's a girl name! Went to their insta and she looked like a walking pharmacy lmao.

I couldn’t get over how he never even flinched at 315 . I thought for sure that would slow him down , then does 405 like it’s still literally nothing
