Down payment on first home, FHA 3.5%
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

Vtsax
If you aren't in it ,youre losing
25% this year ,for me ,14% all term ,but I've been in over a long time,2008 crash etc
I dont waste time on bonds and bs returns ,the gamble is worth the payoff ,its part of the game

Thats my main account ,but I have a prudential, and empower (old mass mutual) as well
Can't keep all your eggs in one basket ,spread it around to soften volatility blows
