Supplements that I know have helped me out

As we know, 98% of the supplement market is garbage unless you have a deficiency.

. After years of trial and error, the only that have done wonders for me are. Nothing drastic but overall have a better quality of life.
Vitamin B1
L-Methyfolate
Lithium Orotate

The last one was Kratom. Unfortunately, in recent times, people are trying to get it banned for being unsafe after teens buying the gas station brand, or deciding to become addict to 7-oh which is the worst thing people should try.l

Things I'm confused about:
1) I took it for the past 8 years during an injury. Always made sure to take a week or two off, despite dealing with leg pain. People online claim how harmful it is to the liver and kidneys. I have my blood tested every month for nerve issues and my liver is in the best shape of my life, along with my kidneys and heart

2) For the two weeks I took off, I was told I would be facing withdrawals similar to heroin. I noticed my leg pain being worse, but besides that I felt great.

So when I'm told it can't be shipped to my state because of safety issuesr, they'll then have thousands of of liquor stores, cigarette depots, and rolling out the red carpet for hundreds of thousands of 3rd world savages who do nothing but commit awful crimes.

After trying hundreds of supplements, I would have to agree. But these three supplements different. You may not feel it right away but after a week or two your see such a quality of life imroved, especially from the mental aspect of things

Fish oil has by far been the one supplement I know works. It is really good for joints and I am pretty sure just adds to feeling slightly better overall. I don't have any experience with the ones in the OP. What do those ones do?

I'm torn between supplements actually working, vs them being spiked with undisclosed ingredients

That's a given. I swear everyday there are new studies showing the incredible health benefits of drinking coffee. A truly remarkable drug. Ironically it is part of the same coffee family as Kratom

Definitely do your research for trusted and respected brands. I would be worried of substances containing things that shouldn't be there if you're buying xanax or oxy's from Tyrone laced with enough fent that would kill anyone who touched it.

Oh I'm sure they are. It's the reason they put "The product is not regulated by the FDA."

No only that, how can one be sure that 3rd party testing is legit? All the money that changes hands, you know what I'm saying

Anabolic steroids are the only supplement worth the money you spend. And they absolutely are worth it.

PS: Don't eat poop, just don't let the idea of it stop you from living life to its fullest.

I actually joined bb.com for the supplement section

When there were gaspari and controlled labs etc reps ,the decent guys

Then they allowed it to get over run with 40 muscle tech reps ,the trash guys

So I bounced and went over to misc

I was all ready on an open source board so didnt really need the gear forum

That wasn't around long
